National Church Residences - - Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.; Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in a timely manner.; Maintain interior and exterior common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.; Complete minor carpentry, painting, appliance, and general repairs.; Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff, when applicable.
