About the Role
PrideStaff - - Responsibilities: Predictive & Preventative Maintenance: Execute and refine PM schedules for CNC lasers, press brakes, plasma cutters, and industrial powder coating lines to minimize unplanned downtime.; Electro-Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, motors, sensors, and PLC-driven systems.; Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Maintain and repair high-pressure hydraulic pumps, cylinders, and pneumatic valves on heavy-tonnage forming equipment.; Facility Infrastructure: Oversee the life support systems of the plant, including large-scale air compressors, dust collection systems, and industrial curing ovens.; Rapid Response Repair: Act as the first responder for 'machine down' situations, utilizing root-cause analysis to get production back online safely and quickly.

Qualifications
- Experience with CNC lasers, press brakes, plasma cutters, powder coating lines
- Troubleshooting electrical controls and PLCs
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
