About the Role
ISS Facility Management - 2901 Potomac Mills Circle - Responsibilities: Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on building systems; Patch and painting of walls; installation and repair of doors/locks; Install and mount building fixtures (TVs, signs, etc.); Perform minor plumbing repairs and safety inspections (Eyewash/Shower, Fire Extinguishers); Use CMMS for work order documentation and coordinate with site vendors
