About the Role
Trillium Staffing - - Responsibilities: Observe and assist with preventative and corrective maintenance on sophisticated industrial machinery and facility equipment.; Observe how to install wiring and learn how to bend and cut conduit, gaining a fundamental understanding of industrial electrical layouts.; Learn to identify and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions (motors, transformers, lighting) and mechanical failures.; Assist in repairing or replacing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components under expert guidance.; Learn to read technical blueprints and use precision testing and measuring equipment.
