Extended Stay - - Responsibilities: Perform repairs listed on work orders and follow the work order process as outlined in the Green Shield Binder; Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder; Maintain records as outlined within the Green Shield Binder (e.g., inspections and logs); Maintain organized and clean work area and safeguarding maintenance tools; Ensure fire safety equipment is operational and compliant with local ordinances
