Maintenance Technicians

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician in Coeur d’Alene. If you take pride in your work, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to maintaining high standards, this could be a great fit.

Pay Rate: $18.00-20.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality maintenance service at multiple locations within Kootenai County
• Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs, including but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner with customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities management, or related field
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record to drive the client's vehicle
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow up, and follow through
• Commitment to adhering to safety policies and procedures
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
