About the Role
LCS Senior Living - 800 Lake Port Boulevard - Responsibilities: Maintain equipment, building, utilities and grounds following community approved methods; Assist in maintaining the emergency power generating equipment along with all fire and life safety equipment and help conduct fire drill and safety inspections; Provide residents and staff with a timely and effective response to service requests; Ensure all equipment and systems function properly and safely; Maintain maintenance schedules and update progress of open service requests
