About the Role
Encompass Health - 3351 Waterview Parkway - Responsibilities: Safely and effectively tests and operates emergency power supply system (EPSS) and its components.; Installs/maintains/repairs mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, oxygen, and telephone systems.; Maintains familiarity with state and local codes when performing work.; Retains auto, carpentry, phone, pneumatics, stationary engineer, hydraulics, and computer skills.; Plans, interprets, examines, draws, and records work; reports daily completion to supervisor.
