About the Role
Cedarhurst Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Maintain all areas inside the building to high cleanliness standards and perform routine and deep cleaning; Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and maintain quality assurance records; Prepare and refurbish apartments for resident move-ins; Use building management software to document and track maintenance tasks; Collaborate effectively with staff and communicate with residents families as needed
