About the Role
Sunrise Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Responsible for completing all maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor.; Perform general maintenance duties such as fixing wall coverings, fixing floor coverings, repairing furniture and fixtures, performing basic plumbing work, performing minor electrical repairs.; Assist with painting and refurbishing projects.; Conduct routine maintenance on all Sunrise vehicles as assigned.; Maintain all tools and repair parts.
