Maintenance Assistant

Belmont Senior Living - 3535 North Hall Street - Responsibilities: Assist the Building Engineer with preventative and routine maintenance as assigned including basic plumbing repairs, dry wall repairs, painting and general upkeep of the community and grounds; Maintain upkeep of common areas, ensure exterior sidewalks are free of debris, and assist with trash removal as needed; Complete the apartment make ready process in an efficient and detail oriented manner; Support resident needs by completing assigned maintenance work order tasks, assist with internal moves as needed; Assist with special event set up and clean up as needed
