About the Role
3M - - Responsibilities: Use Computer Aided Design Software to implement solutions for obtaining desired grinding results; Use Coordinate Measuring Machine and other measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify work and adjust; Identify and properly manage hazardous waste; Participating in all safety and regulatory training needed to fulfill the duties of the position; Communicating with other departments regarding quality, safety, and equipment issues

Qualifications
- - 3M machinist experience or equivalent
