About the Role
Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities: Perform assigned assembly tasks under the direction of the Production Supervisor.; Operate a range of equipment such as conformal coating systems, singulation machines, and begin training on wave solder machinery.; Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using a variety of hand tools and hardware.; Identify and address defects in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards (all classes).; Maintain a high standard of quality while working independently with minimal supervision.
