About the Role
PrideStaff - - Responsibilities: Setup & Changeovers: Prepare machines for production runs, including calibrating settings, loading raw materials, and performing efficient tooling changeovers.; Operation & Monitoring: Run the equipment efficiently while constantly monitoring gauges, dials, and digital screens to ensure optimal performance.; Troubleshooting: Identify jams, misalignments, or mechanical faults quickly. Perform minor adjustments and basic preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.; Quality Assurance: Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) and visual checks to verify that the final product meets strict tolerance and quality standards.; Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
