About the Role
Reliance Inc - - Responsibilities: Prepares production equipment for operation by making equipment setup adjustments and/or working with a setup operator that assists in equipment changeovers; Reads and interprets blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings, and machining methods and sequences; Maintains quality standard specifications by conducting first-piece inspection, periodic inspection, and completing production control charts; Help train others for production job responsibilities by demonstrating operational procedures; Maintains machine operation by solving production process problems; making authorized equipment adjustments; and reporting production and quality data
