About the Role
Elwood Staffing - 6001 Hwy 51 - Responsibilities: Load raw materials and components precisely into production machinery according to specifications; Utilize the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) screen to accurately select and adjust machine settings for various production runs; Monitor machine operation to ensure continuous production flow, identify potential issues, and maintain quality control standards; Perform routine checks and assist with minor troubleshooting of equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance; Maintain a consistently clean and organized workspace throughout the shift, adhering to all company safety and housekeeping standards
