About the Role
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a compassionate LVN Nurse to provide direct patient care in correctional healthcare settings. As part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you’ll deliver quality nursing, medication administration, triage, chronic disease management, and health education to incarcerated individuals while maintaining compliance with state regulations and facility policies. You’ll collaborate with RNs, physicians, and mental health providers, support intake screenings, respond to emergencies, document care accurately, and promote a safe, respectful environment that reflects our culture of teamwork, compassion, and professional growth.
