About the Role
Southern Health Partners Inc is seeking a compassionate LVN Nurse – Day Shift to provide direct patient care in a correctional healthcare setting. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you’ll perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, support chronic disease management, and respond to urgent medical needs. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and facility staff to ensure compliant, high‑quality care that promotes safety and wellness. Qualifications
- LVN licensed vocational nurse
- 2+ years preferred
