Lpn- Luther Manor- Pt Straight Nights

Good Samaritan is seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN for Luther Manor to work part-time straight night shifts, supporting our mission to provide holistic, high-quality healthcare to underserved and vulnerable populations. As the LPN on nights, you will deliver direct, hands-on nursing care to residents, including ongoing assessment, medication administration, treatments, wound care, and monitoring of vital signs, while documenting accurately in the electronic medical record. You will collaborate closely with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans that promote comfort, safety, and wellness, respond promptly to changes in residents’ conditions, and escalate concerns according to established protocols. This role involves providing calm, reassuring presence during overnight hours, assisting with ADLs, pain management, and fall prevention, and offering education and support to residents and their families consistent with our values of compassion, integrity, and community engagement. Working within Good Samaritan’s mission-driven culture, you will help foster a respectful, teamwork-oriented environment, participate in quality and safety initiatives, follow infection control and regulatory standards, and contribute to meaningful patient outcomes while expanding your clinical skills.
