Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, in partnership with Stellar Living, is seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high‑quality, resident‑centered care in our healthcare and medical services setting. As an LPN, you will play a key role in supporting residents’ health, comfort, and dignity by carrying out direct nursing care, administering medications and treatments, and closely monitoring changes in condition. Working under the direction of registered nurses and physicians, you will perform assessments within your scope of practice, accurately document clinical information, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team, residents, and their families. In this role, you will assist with admission, transfer, and discharge processes; follow established care plans; and help ensure that all services meet clinical standards as well as regulatory and facility guidelines. You will oversee and support nursing assistants and other care staff during your shift, promote safe infection‑control and medication‑administration practices, and respond promptly and calmly to urgent or emergent resident needs. You will contribute to care conferences, participate in quality‑improvement efforts, and help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all residents.
