Lpn Evening Shift 3pm to 11pm

Southern Health Partners Inc is seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN for our Evening Shift (3pm to 11pm) to provide quality healthcare services within a correctional facility setting. As part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will deliver direct patient care to incarcerated individuals, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, immunizations, and monitoring of chronic and acute medical conditions in compliance with state regulations and facility policies. You will perform nursing assessments, obtain and document vital signs, assist with sick call and provider clinics, and support dental and psychiatric services as needed. Working closely with physicians, mental health providers, correctional officers, and fellow nursing staff, you will contribute to a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment by responding to medical emergencies, following established triage protocols, and maintaining accurate, timely medical records. In this role, you will educate patients on health maintenance, chronic disease management, and medication adherence, while demonstrating respect, professionalism, and sound clinical judgment in all interactions.
