About the Role
Cherrelyn Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support residents with daily living activities in collaboration with RNs and physicians. You’ll document care accurately, follow individualized care plans, and communicate effectively with residents and families. Candidates must hold a current LPN license and demonstrate strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
