About the Role
Grifols, in partnership with ABC Healthcare, is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide direct patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, maintain accurate documentation, and support interdisciplinary care plans. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and allied health professionals to deliver safe, high‑quality care. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within Healthcare & Medical Services department
- Collaborate with RNs and providers to support interdisciplinary care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient conditions
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and teamwork
