In this role, you will provide direct, hands-on nursing care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being in a respectful, person-centered environment. Working under the direction of a registered nurse and medical providers, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and changes in condition, document care accurately, and communicate clearly with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. You will participate in care planning, support rehabilitation and restorative programs, assist with admissions and discharges, and help maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment for all residents.
