Low Rise Window Cleaning Technician

Sparkle Squad is hiring enthusiastic people who enjoy the outdoors to join our team! We're a family-owned, low-rise window cleaning business launching in Boston this spring. No experience necessary for the right person with a great attitude and attention to detail.

We are seeking candidates who:

• Love delighting customers: you take pride in doing a great job and leaving a lasting impression with your customers.
• Enjoy sales without being salesy: Alongside cleaning windows, you'll introduce customers to other valuable Sparkle Squad services so a strong people-first mindset is a must.
• Are natural problem solvers: Cleaning windows isn't rocket science, but it still presents interesting puzzles that require thinking on your feet.
• Are excited to work outside with great coworkers each day.
• Can arrive between 7am8am MonFri at our Roslindale office.
• Have a valid driver's license and are ok with us conducting a background check.
• Are comfortable with occasional ladder work.

What You Will Do:

• Window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs as a member of a two-person crew using safe, best-in-class technology.
• Provide exceptional service and memorable moments for your customers.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Grow the business by offering additional services, hanging door hangers, and representing Sparkle Squad in the community.

What You Will Get:

• $22/hr wage, paid weekly.
• Part-time hours, expanding to full-time in the first few months with the potential for overtime. We're a seasonal business.
• Bonus pay, including tips for customer reviews, and 10% commission on additional services purchased on your recommendation.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
