About the Role
TJX - 9600 Ih 35 South Service Rd Sb - Responsibilities: Greet customers appropriately, demonstrate courtesy and respect; Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department; Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company issued radio; Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management; Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management
