About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate Long Term Care RN to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this role, you’ll complete assessments, manage medications, provide wound care, and coordinate care plans while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll support and mentor LPNs/CNAs, ensure regulatory and infection control compliance, and foster a safe, dignified environment for residents.
