• Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
• 16 - 20 patients per day
• Clinic setting
• Medicare/geriatric patient panel
• Standard adult medicine primary care procedures
• Brand new location with ramping patient volume
• 3 - 5 years minimum experience required
