• 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
• Clinic hours 7 am - 6 pm
• Primary care with emphasis on prevention and health promotion
• Community health center setting
• Serves underserved populations
• Minor procedures as qualified
• Hospital privileges required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
