General anesthesia

Ortho, vascular, regional blocks, OB, ENT, GI - No peds,no cardiac

Requirements: Clean BG, No new grads

EMR: Epic

Will need to cross-credential at 2-3 sites

Credentialing Timeframe: 3 Months

Client provides Travel & Lodging
