RCM Health Care Services is currently hiring School Based Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) to help students explore their full potential by providing customized treatment plans and programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Provides direct speech and language therapy to children and follows documented treatment plans or protocols.
  
• Documents students’ progress towards established goals through daily notes.
  
• Prepares therapy materials and/or equipment for use in therapy activities.
  
• Adapts or modifies materials and equipment as determined by the needs of the patient.
  
• Communicates effectively in both oral and written formats.
  
• Collaborates with team members of other disciplines as well as administrative staff.

2024-2025 School Year - Full Time - Will follow Academic Calendar

This position is In-Person in the Santa Barbara area!
