Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is hiring school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for positions in the Denver, Colorado area. Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply, and dedicated clinical supervisors are available to provide support and mentorship throughout the school year. This role involves delivering speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students in a collaborative school-based environment. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for qualified providers.
Responsibilities
• Schedule / Shift
- Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
- Hours per week: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Contract length: 2026–2027 school year
• Key Duties:
- Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students
- Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
- Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student progress and therapy plans
Requirements
• Education
- Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
• Licenses & Certifications
- Preferred: State licensure/certification required based on assignment
- Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply
- Providers requiring sponsorship are welcome to apply
Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational environments
- Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students
- Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and speech evaluations
- Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
