Local Contract Assigned to one of the following Counties: Seminole, Osceola, Brevard, Orange Full-time: 30 visits per week (adjusted for SOC/OASIS documentation) with a 35- hour guarantee - Average: 5–6 patient visits per day
Weekend Need: - Saturday coverage (Orthopedic visits) strongly preferred - Flexible 5-day schedule (example: Tuesday–Saturday)
