American Traveler is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ years of experience for a 13-week contract at a hospital-based outpatient rehab facility in Boston, MA.

• Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation facility
• Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 10:30am–7:00pm; Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:00am–4:30pm
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
• No weekends, no major holidays, and no on-call requirements

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Active MA PT license required if applicable
• Active BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross) required
• Excellent patient handling skills and transfer techniques
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Must be self-directed, flexible, and a collaborative team player
• A driver's license is required for consideration

• Two professional references required, at least one of which must be from a manager-level or above (titles listed as 'supervisor' are not accepted); references must include a performance evaluation
• One reference must be dated within the last 12 months; the second may be within the last 3 years
• At least one reference from a prior travel or temporary assignment is preferred; references from other travelers are not accepted
• Scrubs or business casual attire accepted
• Candidates must reside 30+ miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel pay rate
