About the Role Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Argue motions and attend hearings in Tennessee courts Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a virtual environment Uphold high professional and client-service standards Trial experience Business litigation Qualifications Active Tennessee law license in good standing 3+ years of litigation experience Judicial clerkship experience is a plus Strong research, writing, and communication skills Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working remotely MUST BE ACTIVELY PRACTICING CIVIL LITIGATION IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Flexible remote work environment Optional office space in Arrington, TN Supportive, experienced legal team Base Pay Range $95,000 – $120,000 per year Seniority Level Associate Employment type Full‑time #J-18808-Ljbffr
