Litigation Legal Assistant - Wilmington, DE Law Firm - $85-95k A flexible, hybrid schedule is available with this opportunity! We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Litigation Legal Assistant to join our client’s team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and legal support to a team of attorneys, ensuring smooth and efficient case management. Responsibilities Legal Document Support Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and briefs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, both electronic and physical. Prepare documents for court filings at the State, Civil, and Federal levels, including e-filing. Conduct legal research and assist with document review. Client Relations Assist with client intake and onboarding processes. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist with invoice preparation and review. Calendar & Logistics Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Assist with meeting logistics, including room reservations, catering, and technology setup. Administrative Support Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and direct them appropriately. Maintain accurate contact information for clients and other professionals. Reconcile and submit attorney expenses. Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as time entry and credential maintenance. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within a law firm. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with legal databases, e-filing systems (like Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER), and document management software.
