About the Role
Sligan Plastics - - Responsibilities: Work from a blueprint, sketch, sample part or verbal instruction; Set up and operate power wood saw, drill press, grinding wheel, etc.; Use of measuring instruments such as: scale, tape, etc.; use hand tools such as hammer, pliers, wrench etc.; Move, install and lubricate all types of machinery and equipment, repair belts, repair air and gas lines; replace damaged parts; Service, maintain and repair hydraulic systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial machinery based on blueprints and instructions
- Repair, lubricate, and replace parts in wood machinery and hydraulic systems
- Use measuring tools and hand tools to service equipment
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance of industrial machinery
- Ability to read blueprints or sketches
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems
