About the Role
Licensed Senior Legal Counsel, this full-time remote position involves providing legal guidance across the product lifecycle, supporting product development, and advising on regulatory and intellectual property issues. Key Responsibilities Provide legal guidance to Product and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle Identify and assess legal, regulatory, and intellectual property risks Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliant product development and support Required Qualifications A qualified lawyer admitted and in good standing in a relevant Canadian province or U.S. state 5-7 years of progressive legal experience, with at least 4 years in product, technology, or IP matters Preferred prior in-house experience at a growing SaaS company Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
