Licensed Salon Manager

If you have 2+ years of salon experience, strong leadership skills, and a drive to help both clients and stylists look and feel their best—we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do:

Motivate, coach, and lead a high-performing salon team

Deliver and model a championship-level haircut experience

Build strong client relationships and grow a loyal client base

Train and develop stylists to reach their highest potential

Create a fun, upbeat, and professional salon environment

Lead by example behind the chair when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Maryland cosmetology or barber license

2+ years of salon experience

Strong leadership, communication, and people skills

Passion for customer service, teamwork, and growth

Ability to work a flexible schedule
