About the Role
Heritage Park Care Center seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver quality bedside care, administer medications, and support resident treatment plans within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You’ll monitor vitals, document in EHR systems, coordinate with RNs, physicians, and families, and help maintain regulatory compliance.
