Licensed Clinical Social Worker Work from Home Part/full Time

Rula Health is seeking a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As part of a mission-driven organization that blends innovative technology with compassionate care, you will provide virtual psychotherapy and support to clients across diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs. In this fully remote role, you will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, formulate clinical impressions, and develop collaborative, person-centered treatment plans that align with best-practice standards. You will provide ongoing individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT-informed strategies, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches suited to each client’s goals. You will maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record system, including progress notes, treatment plans, risk assessments, and discharge summaries, while adhering to all applicable legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements. As a key member of the Rula Health clinical team, you will regularly collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care providers, psychiatrists, and care coordinators, to ensure integrated, holistic care. You will perform crisis and suicide risk assessments when indicated, create safety plans, and coordinate higher levels of care or community resources when necessary.
