Liability Paralegal

Job Description Job Description Franklin & Prokopik law firm is recruiting a Paralegal for Liability in our downtown Baltimore office. Must have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience as a paralegal plus: Subpoena medical records and other investigative documents Summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and other pertinent documents Deposition and/or trial preparation including but not limited to exhibits, reference documents, and research as needed by attorney(s) Prepare documents for Expert/Expert contact E-filing; MDEC, DC, etc. Proficient with billing timekeeping/billing hours Experience case management software is highly preferred.
