Overview Join our legal operations team as a Legal Operations Coordinator . Support clients, advisors, executives, and office needs through legal research, document preparation, client communications, scheduling, vendor coordination, and general admin tasks. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research, summarize findings, and assist with IP litigation matters. Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, contracts, and correspondence using tools like AdobeSign and Microsoft Office. Manage client communications, schedule meetings, track deadlines, and coordinate calendars for internal and external stakeholders. Handle light office admin: organize files (digital/physical), manage supplies, process mail/deliveries, and support vendor relations as needed. Own and optimize legal workflows, templates, and checklists across IP litigation and consulting matters. Track matter metrics (workload, timelines, vendor tasks) and produce simple reports for leadership. Perform general office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our hybrid Austin office. Requirements Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in legal studies, business, or related field (paralegal certificate preferred but not required per Texas standards). 2-4 years in legal support, paralegal, legal operations, or professional services roles. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication (written/verbal) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Preferred Experience with litigation support, IP matters, or case management tools Proven office coordination experience (scheduling, vendor management, file organization, client service). Familiarity with legal tech/AI tools for research, document automation, or workflow optimization. Local to Austin, TX for hybrid work (2-3 days/week in office).
