Buckle - 225 Adams Drive - Responsibilities: Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service and attentiveness; Recruit and train new Teammates to meet Buckle's accountability and sales standards; Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals; Maintain and build good Guest relationships to develop a client-based business; Maintain a positive attitude and ensure a clean, shoppable store with strong visual merchandising
