Lead Software Engineer

Hamilton Township, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Local candidates only. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. No Sponsorship. We’re seeking a hands‑on Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and support modern, cloud‑based applications in a highly regulated environment. This role combines senior‑level development with technical leadership and ownership of end‑to‑end solutions. What You’ll Do Lead design and development of scalable, secure full‑stack applications Build cloud‑native solutions using .NET and modern frontend frameworks Own architecture, implementation, deployment, and production support Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across initiatives Ensure systems meet validation, security, and compliance requirements What You Bring 8+ years of software development experience, including strong .NET expertise Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) Expertise with APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and CI/CD Experience modernizing or migrating on‑prem applications to the cloud All inquiries are 100% confidential.
