About the Role
EOS Hospitality - 1 Chase Hill Road - Responsibilities: Leads the service staff during daily and nightly shifts; Creates effective, cost-efficient schedules for assigned F&B team; Responsible for initial and continued training of front of house staff; Communicates employee issues to the Director of F&B; Expedites food and assists kitchen staff to run food and takeout when possible
