About the Role
US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities: Provide clear work guidance, training, and daily oversight to ensure operational excellence; Oversee the issuance and return of equipment, maintaining accurate inventory and accountability; Circulate throughout the facility to monitor service levels and ensure a high-quality patron experience; Act as a subject matter expert on facility layouts and equipment operation to assist and educate users; Serve as the primary point of contact for complex customer concerns, resolving issues to maintain brand loyalty
