About the Role
Adventist Health System - 700 River Drive - Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day activities and management of patient and outpatient access services (pre-registration, registration, admissions); Supervise staff within assigned area and follow policies; Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in handling patient information; Review reports (AETS) to trend accuracy and training needs; Provide guidance and resolve inter-departmental issues to maintain positive working relationships
