Lead Global Product Development - Remote
About the Role
We are currently looking for a Global Product Development Lead – REMOTE to drive the global development of innovative radiopharmaceutical compounds that address unmet needs in oncology. In this role you will oversee cross‑functional teams, communicate and collaborate across departments, define strategic directions, manage critical milestones throughout the product lifecycle, and foster a culture of inclusion and respect. Your leadership will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for patients facing cancer and rare diseases. Accountabilities Lead the Global Program Leadership Team (GPLT) and ensure alignment with objectives. Guide teams through complex decision‑making and risk management processes. Foster cross‑functional collaboration spanning various departments. Drive integrated planning and governance for key milestones. Manage program risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Lead budget planning and forecasting to support portfolio decisions. Design development pathways for regulatory approvals. Prepare cross‑functional teams for health authority interactions. Maintain executive‑ready reporting for program status. Create comprehensive product development plans. Ensure manufacturing readiness and compliance. Engage with subject matter experts to refine strategies. Collaborate with Clinical Operations on global study execution. Promote a respectful and inclusive team environment. Requirements Master’s or PhD in medical, pharma, or biotech field preferred. 12+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry. 5+ years of leading cross‑functional product teams. Experience in oncology development or radiopharmaceuticals preferred. Familiarity with clinical Phase 2, Phase 3, and approval processes. Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
