Lead Behavioral Health Therapist

The Lead Behavioral Health Therapist at Sanford Health provides clinical leadership and direct care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role includes delivering evidence-based individual and group therapy, leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary behavioral health team, and ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. The Lead Therapist oversees assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and quality initiatives while collaborating with physicians and nurses across clinics and hospitals.
